‘Suno Chanda’ was a lofty hit with Pakistani audiences and while its quick end during Ramazan brought a lot of heartbreak, it left behind a two-fold legacy; it gave other dramas a run for their money (they really had to up their game to bring forth such a striking resonance), and it also became a cult go-to for drama aficionados. Rumors began circulating shortly after about there being the possibility of a second season which were confirmed by the show’s producer Momina Duraid.

If you don’t already know, model-turned-actor Nabeel Zuberi rose to prominence during ‘Suno Chanda’ as the dashing Sherry
The actor recently did a fun Q & A session on Instagram where he revealed some DELICIOUS details about the second season that already have us longing for 2019 to roll around quicker. “Suno Chanda is close to my heart,” said the actor before unveiling the date for its second season. Season two will be debuting in the first half of 2019 with the entire cast roped in. Shooting will begin early next year (yay), and Nabeel will have significant screen presence – more so than the first season.

When asked to choose between Iqra Aziz and Sajal Aly, the 27-year-old picked both, and also picked Jia over Kinza (awks). He admitted to his fans being a “blessing,” and stated that they were his motivation too (bless his soul).
Nabeel is also an avid wanderlust, and recently got back from a wondrous lil trip to Hunza, and had also been to Chitral twice
He’s six feet and half an inch (dayummm Papi) and was born on the 2nd of November, making him a Scorpio. His favorite film is ‘Tamasha’ and he will also be finally debuting in a Pakistani film himself early next year. Alongside ‘Suno Chanda,’ the actor is working on another untitled Hum Television drama that will be revealed in December.

He revealed he’s allergic to soft drinks, and also picked Mahira Khan over Mehwish Hayat. The actor is a born and raised Karachiite and loves playing soccer too. He said how he had always wanted to be an actor, ever since school where he’d always try and bunk.
