The new Moth meme trend is going absolutely viral and it’s the most bizarre/entertaining thing ever.

And before we dive into some of the best Moth memes (Momes?) out there, let’s talk about how the trend started in the first place.
According to an article, ‘Know Your Meme,’ stated there was an image of a giant moth flying around captioned, “Close up of moth outside my window.” That picture went completely viral on Reddit and the rest was history. Meme history.
And from there, the Moth memes were born.
And since then, those beady little eyes have been all over the Internet. Everything from plugging the moth into already popular memes, new ones from scratch to literally the most random jokes around moths and why they are attracted to light in the first place.
Which btw, is because of the fact that some insects travel and navigate flying based on a distant light source, this source usually being the moon. Thus, when they see man-made lamps, it can be quite confusing. Understandably.
So, their misfortune has been our gain. Our gain of hilarious memes. That being said, we took it upon ourselves to curate some of the best moth memes out there for you to truly enjoy the pure entertainment that is, moth memes.
