It’s hard to believe that tough love is a thing, but thanks to recent psychological studies, it turns out – it’s real.

The video states that these so-called, ‘mean friends’ make you feel negative emotions only because they think it will prove beneficial to you. It’s always going to be that one friend who has no filter, no sugar coating and no will told back on telling it like it is.
