Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2's New “Shaadi” Song Is Making People Wish They Never Get Married

By Arslan Athar | 11 Aug, 2018

With bari Eid around the corner, Eid releases are in full swing. Promotional activity is all around the place and news songs are being released left, right and centre. Today was no different as ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2′ ,better known as JPNA2′ released their ‘shaadi song of the year’.

Their song was a version of the evergreen ‘Aaya Lariye’.

Aaya Lariye’ is originally a Punjabi folk song that features heavily at weddings. The song is beloved by all. The folk song got a fresh lease on life when Coke Studio covered it. After that, the song is getting a chance in the spotlight yet again, thanks to ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2′.

Sadly, that spotlight is not so great, like at all!

People were just not happy at all after listening to the song

Some really great shaadi songs have come out from the other two Eid releases this year, so competition is definitely is tough. Also, ‘Aaya Lariye’ is not a song that needs to be too complicated to work well, it’s already pretty beloved, sadly, the people at JPNA2 tried a bit too hard with the song. It’s pretty clear, people do not like it all too much!

Well songs are only part of the whole movie experience, let’s see how these movies do in the box office over bari Eid. What do you think of the song? Let us know in the comments 🙂
