Irrfan Khan took a break from films after he announced he had a NeuroEndocrine tumor last year. The actor was undergoing treatment in London for his cancer but was spotted in Mumbai earlier today.
Irrfan announced that he had been diagnosed in March last year, and took to social media to sadly declare that he would be leaving indefinitely, but “hope[d] to be back soon with more stories to tell.”

The actor at long last returned to Mumbai earlier today and was spotted at the airport, looking very healthy.
Irrfan took to Twitter a few hours ago to wonderfully announce that he had successfully undergone his treatment, and wanted to thank everyone for the “immense love and support” as it “soothed [him] in [his] process of healing.”
The actor emotionally introspected about life in the post, talking about how “we forget how much it means to be loved. In our vulnerability, we are reminded.” He ended the heart-aching note with confirmation that he was back; “So I travel back to you, thanking you from the bottom of my heart.”
