It’s been a while since winter ended, and to be very honest with you I’m still in mourning. Spring is a grim reminder, everyday, that the best mausam has left us for a year. Also, we barely have “spring”, it’s like a pre-summer, summer season.
And you know what really pisses me off, people celebrating spring. Are you all mad? Spring is awful, and here’s why:
Yes, the weather is good but for how long?
You only have to look at a weather app to see that hell is about to arrive. Spring dekhnay mein acha hai but the moment stuff gets ugly, it gets bad.
All the friggin’ machhar will be back and buzzing with all their energy
Spring may be pretty but darling the moment it strikes 7 PM it becomes impossible to step out. Literally you need to bathe in Mospel/Off/Anything that will ward off these awful awful creatures.
You’ll think the weather is nice and step out but you’ll DIE
When you step out you’ll get dehydrated and just die. (Okay not die but your life will flash before your eyes)
Spring forces you to buy new clothes and spend money unnecessarily.
EVERYTHING (And everyone) is reproducing during Spring season
Humans. Flowers. Your pet cat. Your neighbors’ pet rabbit.
Chipkalliyaan. Ewww
Spring means a lot of outdoor plans and having to get out of your bed
And you can’t use your comfortable razai and warm bed to get out of socializing.
The sun isn’t too sharp on your face but it’s hot enough
Well guess what you’ll still have a Vitamin D deficiency tou really koi faida tou nahin hona hai.
Flowers are pretty to look at only until the BIG BAD SUN kills them all
but summer will kill them all. So don’t get used to it.
There are some people who enjoy the change in weather and force you to “enjoy” it too
Hey how about you give me a call when its sweltering outside and you’re melting. Okay?
Everyone around you’s falling in… ugggh… love
and its disgusting! Like calm down people.
Did I mention that the weather is warmer than your heart?
This is why winter is the best. Cold heart, cold weather- best combo ever!
Without a doubt, in Pakistan, in winter is the best. All the other seasons basically suck. Do you agree with me?
