We’ve recently seen quite a few Pakistani celebrity glow ups surfacing social media, with everyone utterly gobsmacked and going gaga over the incredible (and fairly unbelievable) transformations they’ve gone through. The trend first started with Iqra Aziz’s glow ups, and what followed was a domino effect; next up Maya Ali, followed by Feroze Khan. Next up is Hira Mani who has had such an inspiring transformation.

The actress shared her dietary plan with viewers after Nida Yasir admitted her transformation was a “drastic change”
Hira said she learned to eat breakfast from her husband, who emphasized how important it was. For breakfast, she has cereal with dried fruit and a few dates. She also mentioned how she drinks water, lemon juice, and honey religiously every morning, fifteen minutes before breakfast. For lunch, she said she had two fried eggs with bread, and then always washes it down with green tea. Dinner for Hira is always fish – literally, she’s in love with fish.

Hira has also been an avid gym-goer, and always weaves in time to work out (and dayummm, has it paid off)!!!
She said how she’s entwined yoga into her morning routine post-breakfast. She says it relieves stress and relaxes her. While she does go to the gym, she says it makes her very “hyper,” so she tends to just stick to yoga. She emphasized how her diet is tailored to her and urged other women to experiment with what dietary plan suits them the best.
