Keeping that in mind, I think its safe to say that the guy is one of the biggest stars of our film industry. From rocking it out in ‘Entity Paradigm’, to ‘Humsafar’ to the much anticipated ‘Legend of Maula Jutt’, he has been making waves in our industry for a considerate amount of time.
Recently, this girl in Karachi, who seems to be the biggest Fawad fan, got a huge surprise from the maestro himself.
Taking to Twitter, Amna Raheel who is a motivational speaker, talked about her unexpected meet up with the man she’s been obsessing over for years.
Sharing the details on Twitter, she said that one of her friends from social media got in contact with her and gave her a surprise of a lifetime by sending her a voice-note of Fawad Khan wishing her on her birthday. She thought that was it but soon found out that Fawad himself was going to meet her for tea.
Amna, who refers to herself as ‘The Girl With Wings’, was then invited to the hotel where Fawad was staying.
I could not believe my eyes at that time because it was too good to be true.

She talked about how she was anxious to meet him because of the fear of being disappointed.
But to her surprise, the events that followed were quite the opposite. She found the actor/singer was actually as kind and down to earth as she had expected.
You know they know that you shouldn’t meet actors you fangirl over because it destroys the image you have of them in your head but I’m REALLY glad that he didn’t turn out to be one. He’s EXACTLY how I hoped him to be, down to earth and kind.

Amna and Fawad ended up talking for two whole hours!
Whoa!
Trust me, he was friendlier than I actually thought he would be. We chatted for about 2 hours (imagine TWO hours with Fawad sitting 5cm away from me) 🤭, joked around like we know each other since a while and shared thoughts over power of social media/other topics over tea.

This made Amna realize that the Humsafar star is actually quite humble and welcoming.
In those two hours I realised that he’s just as human as we are. He’s not arrogant about his celebrity status but is super welcoming and humble.

So apparently, Fawad had asked her to keep their meeting private because he didn’t want it to be thought over as a ‘publicity stunt’.
But naturally, Amna couldn’t contain her excitement and wanted to share the positive vibe she felt around the multi-talented star.
Even though he told me not to post anything on social media because he wanted our meeting to be private and not be seen as a publicity stunt I think this gesture of his deserves to be made public. It’s not everyday when you’re lucky enough to have tea with Fawad Khan.

In the end, Amna thanked Fawad for fulfilling her life long wish and bringing a smile on her face.

Speaking to MangoBaaz, Amna said that her experience of meeting her the ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ star has been, and I quote, “Mind-blowing!”. She also added that she felt so comfortable to be around Fawad that by the end of her meeting with the man, she felt like she was catching up with a long lost friend. Then she added, “it was a dream come true for me.”
I don’t know about you guys, but I find this extremely intriguing. Amna, you are one lucky girl.
