Faryal Makhdoom has been in the news quite a bit this year. Most recently she was in the limelight for giving birth to an adorable little girl, Alayna. Earlier today she posted a picture of herself post-pregnancy, and woah, it does NOT look like she just gave birth little less than a week back. Excuse me, Kate Middleton, much.
(Before we dwell any further, it’s important to remember that every body is different. So you’re experiences with post-pregnancy will be different than Faryal’s, and IT’S OKAY)

Considering that she looks so good so soon after having her baby, people had a lot to say to her.
Questions were raised
People were giving her recommendations
Obviously, people starting drawing comparisons
Like, a lot of comparing was happening
Some people tried to find the funny side in there
There were people who were really positive about Faryal and her post-pregnancy body
There were some who were incredibly real about the photo and people’s reaction to it
It is amazing that Faryal is able to bounce back, physically, from her pregnancy, however, each woman is different. While she does look AMAZING, there is no need to idolize her or aspire to her figure.
You’re unique and you need to love yourself for what makes you different 🙂
