Faryal Makhdoom and Amir Khan have become the most talked about couple in the past three-odd months, and for all the wrong reasons. They’ve been in headlines, in separate countries, on the front pages of magazines, and all over the place. There have been rumors of extra-marital affairs, pregnancies, and nikkahs. However, we think the drama is coming to a close with the recent developments in this edition of Keeping Up With The Khans. But first, here’s everything that’s happened so far
The whole saga started with Faryal publicly calling out her in-laws for mistreating her
In a thread on her public Snapchat account, Faryal listed a string of accusations against her sister-in-law and her parents-in-law. That they mistreated her and her daughter. That they tried convincing Amir to divorce her, when she was 9 months pregnant with their daughter, Lamaisah; and that her sister-in-law actually used to hit her when Amir wasn’t at home.
She also uploaded nude photos of her brother-in-law out of spite but took them off soon after
She then apologized for having put up nude pictures of him on her very, very public Snapchat. She then took it off, saying she “wanted to apologize for the picture I uploaded earlier, I was a bit angry and I felt like I needed to justify myself”.
Amidst all this family drama, Faryal swore to stand by Amir, no matter what happened

However, this public declaration of love didn’t last for so long, because the two took to their Snapchats and announced that they were parting ways
This came out a few days after Faryal and Amir had flown down to Dubai to celebrate her birthday. It was a surprise for everyone, because, well, nobody thought the dream couple would ever separate
Amir accused Faryal of cheating on him with fellow boxer Anthony Joshua
Which the two immediately denied.
Faryal countered that with accusations of her own about drunken partying and picking up girls
However, the two soon apologized for creating such drama online.
But with Faryal pregnant with her second child, and Amir allegedly dating a Pakistani model, things got far too messy for anyone to deal with

In a tweet, Faryal said that life has been tough on her and her marriage in the past three months
She said that Amir’s been out of the ring for some time, and that’s added to the stress that the family has been going through.
She also said that she said things about her parents-in-laws that she didn’t mean, shouldn’t have said, and regrets now
She also expressed concern over the fact that she didn’t want her daughter and unborn child to grow up in a broken home
At the end of the apology, Faryal said this
People obviously had to weigh in on the issue, as well
