Farhan Saeed has been very vocal as of late on social media, urging his fellow men and women to flock to the streets of a ‘Naya Pakistan’ (a term that has long been imprinted as the emblem for change in our nation, but after recent events might just form a more tangible beacon of hope), and cast their vote during the elections that dawn upon us. He’s affiliated with Pakistan’s ‘Tehreek E Insaaf’ (also singing the official song for their election bid), but he’s still adamant on being a prolific voice for all those with varying political views.
Farhan took to Twitter to tweet a rather poetic stance on why our Supreme Court is in fact so ‘supreme’
He alluded to the fact that we must accept whatever verdict the Supreme Court upholds, blindly so because it is the divinity of legality in our nation, essentially and that if we cast a blind eye to it, then ‘everyone in jails should just be released and no one should ever accept any verdict.’
There's a reason Supreme Court is called 'supreme'! If we don't accept the judgment of our Supreme Court then everyone in jails should just be released and no one should ever accept any verdict! Pakistan let's be wise! Ab bus Naya Pakistan ✋#SherAyaSherAya ?

Lawyer Imaan Mazari, who is also a very active Twitter user retweeted Farhan’s tweet and captioned ‘Brain cells died while reading this’
(Alright settle down love).
Brain cells died while reading this. https://t.co/fQKCEdoKyz

The musician has a point in his tweet. The Supreme Court essentially is accounted for being the highest in stature, because its role in honing Pakistan’s future is by far the most profound, as it makes decisions that mold our country’s destiny.
Farhan gloriously clapped back by questioning her career trajectory as she trolled him
Well you had to blame someone!

Twitter users took to Imaan’s post, trolling the lawyer instead (quite ruthlessly we must say) – because they didn’t really see any fault in the singer’s tweet regarding his illustrious definition of the Supreme Court
By the way, what is wrong with it…? Supreme Court is supreme and the Parliament is sovereign. Both institutions' acts and actions if warranted and justiifed by law should be dealt with utmost respect and reverence.

What he said isn't incorrect, its jst he doesn't know what is going on in the background & what is the role of the establishment. You have to realize these people haven't been taught our history properly, so they will always have such opinions inki kashti zardari nawaz tak hi hai

A few comically questioned Imaan’s brain cells instead
Do you have any proof that they were alive?
— Adil (@choice_heart) July 14, 2018
Did you have any?
