Eggs are the worst. There, I said it. I reaaallyy don’t like eggs. And I reaallyy don’t see why other people do, either. They don’t smell that great. They look weird. They don’t taste amazing either…so why? Here’s everything someone (just like me) who doesn’t like eggs (hates eggs) can relate to.

1. You stay as far away from these yellow-white monstrosities as possible

Like, please, they come out a chicken’s butt. How can you put them in your own mouth?

2. You think of them as absolute abhorrence and an act violence against the chickens

Because…that’s what they are? Like, I’m sure even Trump is with me.

3. Every time you think about trying to eat an egg, you remember where it came from

Remember the story about the chicken and the butt? Yes. That.

4. You’ve seen them covered with chicken-poop at least once in your life

I remember my 9th grade biology book had this image of eggs covered in chicken-poop, and that was the day I had my last egg, willingly.

5. You STILL hate that one time you actually tried eating an egg, you bit into an eggshell

And you proceeded to throw up wherever you were. I’ve had an eggshell in a mousse, once. Dil hi uth gaya…

6. The smell just gets to you…. ewww

I can’t even put a finger on the smell. It’s just weird and spreads through the whole room. Ew.

7. You keep thinking how the omelette your sister is eating could have had a shot at a real life

Could’ve gone to school, become a doctor, gotten married, had eggs of its own.

8. You don’t understand how people can eat another animal’s offspring

Like, would you be okay with that? Unless you’re Japanese?

9. You’ve seen unwashed eggs covered with weird stuff like feathers and that’s the absolute worst

Like ew, you hold them and then they’re fuzzy when they’re not supposed to be?

10. You can’t stand the smell they leave behind in the bartan they were cracked open in, before cooking

And it.just.doesn’t.go.away.

11. You don’t understand how some people can drink/eat kachey anday

You’ve seen them gulp ’em down and actually like it.

12. You’re even gagging, right now, because you can smell them

Can you? As if they’re right next to your nose?

13. You stay away from any form of food that contains eggs

Because you don’t even want to accidentally bite into one…

14. You don’t understand the concept of nargisi koftey

What really are nargisi koftey if they aren’t almost-baby chickens wrapped in the flesh of their dead parents?

15. Or anday wali biryani

16. Or anything with eggs, basically

17. Basically, eggs are the worst, amirite?

Yes, yes I am. And people don’t stop at chickens. Har cheez ke anday khaatey hain yaaaaaaar
