Eid-ul-Azha – or Bakra Eid – is around the corner. We cannot help but notice all the boys and the animals on every street, and corner. Naturally, you also see more guys out on the streets. Girls are doing their own thing, of course. But guys – they’re everywhere. Here are 11 ways how that’s so:
1. From Pindi Boiz to Mandi Boiz
Let us face it; the Mandi becomes their second home. They only come home to eat, shower or sleep.
2. Comparing prices becomes a thing
Asim: Mera wala 4 lakh ka hai.
Kasim: Oh, acha? Mera waka 7 lakh ka hai… is all they do during Bakra Eid.
3. Paisa, aisa kaisa paisa
All the money they get in the name of taking care of the animals. Bohat na insaafi hai waise. Hum bhi tou gosht dhotay hain. Humein bhi paise chahiye.
4. Feeding the animals
They are always around the animals. Itna khayaal tou khud ka bhi nahi rakhte.
5. Walking and talking with their Dhannos
Like babies, the qurbaani k jaanwar have a schedule. They have meal times and then they are taken on walks to digest it.
6. It’s another excuse to be awaara
Kasim: “AKD ki gaye dekhi?”
Asim: “Bhai main tou Tiger Memon ki taraf hoon.”
They have a free awaara gardi ticket, bhaye.
7. Night time is their time too
Andheri raaton mein no one asks them why they are late or where they were cause wo he tou jaanwaron ki rakhwali karte hain..
8. They’re even in all the animal selfies
As if bragging about the animal was not enough. Social media is full of pictures of animals and the guys are always in those pictures too.
9. Qurbaani games
They get to zibah the bakray. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? Why, life?
10. Gosht baantney bhi wohi nikalte hain
Even on Eid, they have the car all to themselves because gosht baaante haina bechare.
11. Let’s not forget their barbeques
Mehnat ka phal teekha hota hai. LOL. For them, it is spicy and mazedaar. They can enjoy BBQs whenever and wherever.
