Okay so, if you watch Pepsi Battle of the Bands, you know exactly what we mean here. Badnaam, our very own Sufi rockstars, put on a SHOW on this week’s episode.
Could
You
Be
Any BETTER?
Like, W O W.
Besides the fact that our poor boys were sick this week, it was clear to see that their performance was sicker. Their cover of ‘Sham-e-Qalandar‘ was not their typical bang your head, wave a lighter and scream into the mic type of thing but none the less, got them a spot on next week’s episode. And showed us how crazy good their skills are. Wah, wah.
They were an obvious favourite of the judges being chosen to stay on in the competition after their number one pick, Roots.
Since day one, Badnaam has been the band to look out for on Pepsi Battle of the Bands.
Everything from hair goals,
To their badass ‘we don’t care but we do’ attitude
Suffice to say, this group of fellas has captivated the audience. With their mix of traditional music and contemporary rock, Badnaam has brought a new and refreshing sound to the stage.
Oh and it seems as if the band has already won over some potential groupies:
For me now Badnaam should n must win it, if not them then Kashmir. The frontman of Badnaam is one hell of a talent. #PepsiBattleOfTheBands

Apart from their insane performance, this weeks episode was full of complete up’s and downs.
Even though they left us, Jasim and the Pindi Boys gave us yet another fun and catchy performance with their version of ‘Yes Love.’
Roots showed us another side of their sound and completely wowed us with their performance of ‘Mera Dil Nahi Available.’
Kashmir sent complete chills down our spine with their cover of ‘Waqt’ by eP.
Of course, the real excitement started when the judges decided to give the two bands in the danger zone, Kashmir and the Pindi Boys a chance to battle out their bands for a place on next week’s episode.
Even though it was insane to see both the bands performing twice in the same episode, it was sad to see one of them go. Along with Roots and Badnaam, it seems as if Pepsi Battle of the Bands is giving us a fight we all are at on the edge of our seats for and we can’t wait to see what happens next.
Haven’t had a chance to see this week’s episode? All good! Here ya go. Love you.
