Chivalry isn’t dead after all and today’s breath of fresh air really is one for the books. Despite such rivalry fuming on both sides of the border amidst fans, Pakistani and Indian cricketers have been nothing but gallant and princely towards one another. And in a touching moment, Indian cricketers M.S. Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh just proved how gracious they were.

Our boy Azhar Ali had his sons over for the tremendous ICC Champions Trophy Final, and asked to have their pictures taken with three of their favorite Indian players

Azhar Ali thanked the three cricketers for taking out the time to snap for memories we’re sure the boys will cherish forever

And they weren’t the only fans

Azhar’s tweet gathered tremendous support

And many were over the moon at such respect

With Indian fans thanking Azhar Ali for his kind words

And Pakistani ones appreciating the epitome of true sportsmanship

Others couldn’t fathom such positivity in such a belittling time.

It was a sweet noble moment to witness such grace.

There was collective agreement that cricket is the common ground to steer away any form of negativity.

These three men really were absolute gentlemen.

These are the kind of moments that really do make all the difference. 🙂 Wasn’t this brilliant display of true sportsmanship just lovely?
