Amidst the ongoing and incredibly uncomfortable and unfortunate plague of the sexual harassment case (between Meesha Shafi and Ali Zafar) Pakistan has been drowned with, and the ambigious territory that defines ‘consent,’ an online photo of Ali has once again ignited a heated debate around the harrowing topic.
An Instagram account uploaded a photo of Ali along with actresses Minal Khan, Iqra Aziz and Aiman Khan in a group photo

…And captioned the photo, mocking the ongoing harassment case

The photo and caption started a heated debate once again, with many condeming the page for allegedly mocking harassment, an incredibly sensitive topic in light of what’s happened

And were vividly upset that harassment is often taken so lightly

And while a few took it as a joke regarding the group photo

A few reeled in Meesha’s case, and said that these particular actresses haven’t filed anything against Ali, so failed to understand why Meesha did
…(Failing to understand that she might have felt uncomfortable on the various instances he did allegedly harass her).

Others were upset that the concept of concept is still misunderstood in Pakistan, allowing many victims to be mauled because of this precise lacking of what defines the concept

…Case and point

….Are you kidding me

What are your thoughts on the various comments for this photo of Ali?
