Wedding bells really are ringing gloriously in our sweet air these days. Feroze Khan’s wonderful string of shaadi functions just ended and now it seems like it’s another actor’s turn! A little while ago, Aisha Khan announced her unfortunate departure from the entertainment industry after a decade of fabulous contribution, and while the exact reasoning for her departure was left in a wee bit of a muddle, the actress announced something very, very special last night on Instagram.
Aisha took to Instagram to announce that she and her fiancé, Major Uqbah Hadeed are all set to tie the knot, after revealing that they got engaged last year
She brought up her departure from her ‘media career,’ and hinted that it was to move on with her personal life, suggesting she wished to get married and now live a life ‘away from the limelight’
The actress expressed her fondness and adoration over all the love ‘poured in thus far’ and was ‘overwhelmed with all the love.’ Aisha and her fiancé have known each other for several years, and urged ‘privacy from here on and expect[ed] everybody to respect our decision of keeping [their] wedding a small family affair.
