Ahmed Ali Akbar is possibly one of the coolest guys on the Pakistani media scene, right now. With a theater background, Ahmed has vowed to wow us. And he has. Ahmed was part of a rock band, called Nafs, before he began his stint in theater. He also got tennis in his virasat with his father, Muhammad Ali Akbar, having coached and captained the Pakistan national team in the 1990’s, and his brother, Abid, being a national level player.
Now, it’s high time Ahmed starts getting recognition for his work that he truly deserves. He’s got this young, fresh look about him, and I definitely wouldn’t mind chilling with him over a cuppa. And while every time I see him, my heart anyway starts singing yeh raha dil, haan mera dil.
