His character? A scholar. Seriously not making this up. Although, you have to agree that there’s probably no one better than Aamir Liaquat for the role of a scholar in a movie. After all, he had been playing the role on TV for years anyways.

The film’s director, Syed Noor, said that the untitled movie will be a romantic film where Saima will play Aamir Liaquat’s love interest. So, a movie about a scholar falling in love? One thing’s for sure, we probably haven’t seen anything like this before.
This movie is probably a bad idea.
Pakistan’s film industry is going through a very strong revival. And one of the most important things right now is for the industry to produce good movies that people will actually enjoy. This doesn’t mean making movies shitty movies that people will only watch to ridicule. And we all know how ridiculous the “doctor” saab is.
