Our local food is tempting, I get it. From karahis to kebabs, khana tou bas khana hai. But excessive weight is resulting in various health diseases. 2019 is the year to get in shape and consume these super weight loss friendly food items.

1. Lean Beef and Chicken Breast

Adding proteins to your diet can reduce those junk food cravings. Lean beef is the perfect cut red meat choice containing only 4 grams of fat per 100 grams. Well, this certainly doesn’t mean that you start consuming large proportions throughout the week. Opt for cooking with vegetable or olive oils.
