You must have experienced uncalled for skins rashes, spots and what not at least once in your life if you happen to have super sensitive skin. You’ve to be extra careful with your make-up and skin products selection but despite everything, skin sensitivity is something you cannot and should not ignore.

Here are some of the blunders you should absolutely not be committing if you have sensitive skin:

1. Regularly sleeping with make-up on

2. Go to random spas for random facials/bleaches just because somebody else with non-sensitive skin type recommended  

Please live your own experiences when it comes to your skin. Try using these instead.

3. Not investing in a good moisturizer 

Apply moisturizer whenever you come out of a shower or whenever you are about to doll yourself up. Don’t start without applying a good moisturizer.

Personal recommendation: Lo’real Hydra Total 5 (but again, live your own experiences)

4. Taking long, hot showers with your face exposed to the heat for the most part

This goes for the dry skin possessors too. Try using slightly warm or cold water for your face.

5. Not cleaning your make-up brushes/sponges regularly

6. Or using someone else’s stuff on your face

Don’t ever do that even if the stuff belongs to your best of friend.

7. Letting the parlor ladies tell you that even a non-mild bleach will be just fine for you because IT WON’T BE.

8. Using really old products thinking you’ll get away with it, because you won’t.

9. Not investing in skin soothing products 

10. Not using a sunscreen before stepping out. LIFE SAVIOR!

Take precautions and go easy on the make up.
