After the breathtakingly flawless 4th episode of Coke studio Season 9, in which Meesha Shafi slayed Aaya Laariye next to Naeem Abbas Rufi and Mohsin Abbas Haider stole the show with his Coke Studio debut Uddi Jaa, people had high expectations for episode 5.
And since Momina Mustehsan, the new sweetheart of Pakistanis, was to appear in this episode after her beauty and vocals both went viral after Afreen Afreen, people were eagerly waiting to see how she’d perform.
Rachel Viccaji’s performance was also something many looked forward to.
Alas, all the excitement, hopes and expectations turned to dust after the episode was released and it became obvious that Pakistanis are not too happy with what they saw and heard and most of them became even more sure of their decision to consider Episode 4 the best episode of season 9 so far.
