This Is How Indians Responded To The Journalist Who Told Fawad Khan To Return To Pakistan

By Sarmad Amer | 22 Sep, 2016

Indian ‘journalist’ Soumyadipta Banerjee’s love letter to Fawad Khan has created quite a bit of stir. No one can deny how much Fawad Khan has been showered with praise and appreciation for what he’s doing in India. He is featuring in big releases, endorsing a plethora of brands and he’s even rumored to be replacing some of the biggest Khans of Bollywood in movies.

After the open letter angered quite a few Pakistanis, and even Indians, this is what the Indian social media had to say in response to the infuriating letter:

1. Like this level headed person who knows acts like this only stir fire and never solve anything

2. And this one agreed

3. A history lesson is in order for people on both sides of the border

4. But this guy was not having it

5. And this guy had questions for Salman Khan

6. This guy who thinks the ‘open letter’ is a competition to Arnab Goswami

You might find Arnab similar to hate mongering, screeching “journalists” on Pakistani TV.

8. And this one was reminiscing about past Fawad Khan movies

9. This one had a zinger of a response to all those saying India was ‘charitable’ in giving Fawad a chance

10. And this one doesn’t want Fawad to leave India

11. This guy thinks about the practicality of banning Fawad in Bollywood

12. Fake Virender Sehwag has a clap back for this guy who feels for struggling Indians whose rozi roti Fawad has apparently stolen.

Fake because this is a parody account.

13. This poor fellow’s trying to find some logic in all of this

14. This one is just happy Fawad is the top trend on Facebook in India

15. And finally, this is what a true fan responds like

It is time that we, on both sides of the border worry more about the important things, like Brangelina’s divorce, and not make a joke out of possible nuclear war because that is not going to benefit anyone.
