Amjad Sabri and Junaid Jamshed have long been pillars of strength for ARY’s Ramazan shows. It was their soulful voices that backboned the breathtaking Shan E Ramazan kalaam and both would appear together, bringing such joy to viewers across the country.
To spend a ramazan without both legends has been tough for all Pakistanis, who found tremendous comfort watching both phenomena. But as always, change is an inevitable part of our lives, and we must adapt. ARY kept both legends alive in the most beautiful way last night for the first roza of Ramazan.
This Ramazan their voices are retained for the kalaam and it’s heartbreaking
And the first roza couldn’t have been a better tribute to the legends.
It was a wonderful ode to Amjad Sabri when his three beautiful sons took to the stage to sing a soul-stirring naat.
The roza first transmission brought back a lot of memories for many.
